Periva Solutions Inc. engages a small number of third-party service providers, known as subprocessors, to help us host, secure, support and deliver our fleet management services. This page is the authoritative list of those subprocessors and is the list our customer agreements point to.
Each entry sets out who the subprocessor is, why we engage them, the categories of personal data they may process on our behalf, and where that processing takes place. Capitalized terms that are not defined on this page have the meaning given to them in your agreement with Periva.

These subprocessors host, secure and operate the Periva GPS platform. They may process Customer Data, including vehicle and driver telematics data.

Periva Solutions Inc. is established in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The Periva GPS platform and its backups are hosted in Canada, in the AWS ca-central-1 region in Montréal. Several of the other subprocessors listed above store or process personal data outside Canada, principally in the United States and the European Union.
Where personal data crosses a border, we rely on the transfer mechanisms required by applicable law together with the data protection terms in our contract with each subprocessor. Depending on the subprocessor and the data involved, these include the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, and the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the subprocessor is certified under it.
We remain accountable to our customers for the personal data we entrust to a subprocessor. Each subprocessor listed here is bound by contractual obligations at least as protective of Customer Data as those in our agreement with you, each is engaged only for the purpose described in its entry above, and we remain responsible for their acts and omissions.
We keep this page current. When we add, replace or remove a subprocessor that processes Customer Data, we update the tables above and record the change in the revision history below.
Before we engage a new subprocessor that processes Customer Data, we give customers at least 30 days' prior written notice. That notice is given by email, or by updating this page and notifying everyone subscribed to the update list below.
To receive an email whenever this list changes, write to [email protected] with the subject line “Subprocessor updates” and the address you would like us to notify.
If you have a concern about a new subprocessor on data protection grounds, contact us at [email protected] during the notice period. We will review it with you and explain what alternatives, if any, are available.
